腋下淋巴結(jié)檢查，乳腺腫瘤最常見(jiàn)的影像學(xué)的檢查手段，包括乳腺的彩超、乳腺的X線檢查，也就是常說(shuō)的乳腺鉬靶的檢查以及乳腺的強(qiáng)化核磁的檢查。
彩超檢查簡(jiǎn)單方便，價(jià)格比較低，致密、偏小的乳腺非常適合。缺點(diǎn)跟彩超醫(yī)生個(gè)體的水平差異關(guān)系比較大，可能同一個(gè)腫瘤，不同的彩超醫(yī)生會(huì)得出不同的結(jié)論。
乳腺鉬靶的檢查是適合四十歲以上的女性或者是大乳房。
核磁的檢查用于高危的人群，比較精準(zhǔn)的判斷乳房腫瘤的良惡性。
