手里有刺，患者在家取不出來，可以到醫(yī)院由皮膚科醫(yī)生或外科醫(yī)生的無菌操作下，在無菌的前提下，用鑷子拔出。手扎刺以后要盡量剔除干凈，如果挑不出來，刺在局部的皮膚內(nèi)，刺本身不是無菌的，可以攜帶各種細菌、真菌等微生物，可以引起各種細菌感染性皮膚病。表現(xiàn)為局部的紅、腫、熱、痛，數(shù)天以后局部可以化膿、腫脹等等。
因此手扎了刺一定要取出，如果患者自己取不出來，可以到醫(yī)院局部經(jīng)清理傷口和無菌消毒后，用鑷子或拔刺的工具，順著刺進的方向把刺拔出。局部如果有紅腫、化膿、感染，可以抗菌素治療。
