腦震蕩是臨床上比較常見的一類疾病，它的典型的表現(xiàn)是，在腦外傷發(fā)生之后患者出現(xiàn)頭痛、頭暈、惡心、嘔吐、畏光、乏力等一系列癥狀。
而最關(guān)鍵的是患者在外傷之后會有一過性的意識不清，這種意識不清，大概持續(xù)數(shù)10秒到數(shù)分鐘，一般不會超過半小時(shí)。而在患者清醒之后，對受傷當(dāng)時(shí)的一些情況，不能夠很好的回憶，把它叫做逆行性遺忘。
腦震蕩通常只是在受傷當(dāng)時(shí)的一個(gè)短暫的遺忘，對患者將來的情況不會造成明顯的影響，而對患者更久以前的記憶的情況，也不會有影響。
