舌頭流血最常見的原因是外傷，對(duì)于創(chuàng)傷性的出血，最常見的原因，有時(shí)候吃飯或者其它原因，咬一下，有時(shí)會(huì)有比較明顯的出血，比較容易止住，可以吃點(diǎn)、含點(diǎn)比較涼的食物或什么都不做。
創(chuàng)傷比較大，如做頜面外科手術(shù)時(shí)，由于操作的方式不太正確，導(dǎo)致器械把患者的舌體劃傷，導(dǎo)致出血，此時(shí)可通過縫合的方式，給患者縫兩針。
如果有血管瘤，在分布的位置上出現(xiàn)口底下血管瘤，比較麻煩，一旦出血有可能會(huì)止不住，通過做B超或別的檢查，可以明確腫物性質(zhì)，然后再采取相應(yīng)的手術(shù)切除或者技術(shù)手段去掉。
