肛裂需要手術(shù)嗎

肛裂如果破的不是很深，又是及早發(fā)現(xiàn)，也就是病期大約在1個(gè)月之內(nèi)，可以先保守治療。但是，如果肛瘺破的很深，加上又有陳舊性肛裂，可能又有感染，個(gè)別人可能合并有哨兵痔，還是以手術(shù)為主。因?yàn)楦亓训牟∪瞬幌袷制屏?，可能不沾水、不沾土?br /> 有的肛裂病人很正常，吃了飯就排便，所以好的幾率只有50%。有可能肛裂破的時(shí)間很長(zhǎng)，加上可能愈合期會(huì)很慢，可能用完藥還沒好，可能要用手術(shù)干預(yù)。所以，肛裂的病人手術(shù)和保守治療其實(shí)是各占一半。有的人不用特別害怕，可以先保守治療試試，如果確實(shí)不好再去手術(shù)。
