對(duì)于藥物的選擇比如甲鈷胺片、等。對(duì)于少部分保守，治療效果不理想的患者，主張進(jìn)一步的升級(jí)治療，突出的間盤壓迫神經(jīng)或者脊髓時(shí)，可以采用微創(chuàng)的手術(shù)治療或者正規(guī)的手術(shù)治療來解決患者的病痛。
