可以吃但不要過量，水果屬于生冷食物，做手術(shù)后，三天內(nèi)最好暫時不要吃水果。手術(shù)后會有子宮的收縮、陰道少量出血，如果這時吃生冷、刺激或油膩的食物，會刺激腸道的蠕動，造成胃腸道的不適，引起腹瀉或惡心嘔吐的現(xiàn)象。
當(dāng)身體逐漸恢復(fù)正常，沒有腹痛、陰道出血、惡心嘔吐的現(xiàn)象，才可以適當(dāng)吃水果了。且不要吃冰冷的食物，一定要回溫后再食用。另外，適當(dāng)吃水果在術(shù)后可補充維生素和膳食纖維，對于術(shù)后恢復(fù)也是有好處的。
