肝血管瘤大于兩公分嚴(yán)重嗎

大多數(shù)的血管瘤在5cm以下，都不用特別去關(guān)注或處理，只需要定期的復(fù)查一下腹部彩超即可。兩三公分的血管瘤在臨床上非常常見，很多人可能做一個(gè)B超就提示血管瘤，大概就是2cm左右，有時(shí)可能是1cm，有時(shí)也可能大一點(diǎn)3cm，基本上問題不大。
血管瘤評(píng)估危險(xiǎn)程度，主要是看該血管瘤與相鄰周圍器官的關(guān)系，在肝臟所處的位置，以及其動(dòng)態(tài)變化，比如大小是一個(gè)緩慢生長(zhǎng)，還是快速生長(zhǎng)的過程，如果只是B超提示有幾個(gè)一兩公分，2cm左右的血管瘤基本上沒有太大問題。
