CKMB是肌酸激酶同工酶的縮寫。肌酸激酶是?；?yàn)的一個(gè)心肌酶譜之一。主要包括三種同工酶，一種是CKMB，主要是含在心肌里面；另外還有一個(gè)CKBB，主要是分布在腦；還有一個(gè)CKMM，主要是含在骨骼肌里面。所以如果CKMB出現(xiàn)了升高，要評(píng)估是不是由于心肌損傷導(dǎo)致了CKMB的升高。所以CKMB是診斷心肌損傷、心肌梗死常用的心肌損傷的標(biāo)志物。
CKMB的升高也可以見于心肌炎、心包炎。另外心外的組織也可以出現(xiàn)CKMB的升高。所以CKMB的升高是心肌梗死損傷的生化標(biāo)志物。
