大腸癌分為早期腸癌和進(jìn)展期腸癌，選擇的手術(shù)方式不同。大腸癌在早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和晚期發(fā)現(xiàn)，復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不同。早期發(fā)現(xiàn)的大腸癌，復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)非常低，通常選擇內(nèi)鏡下的切除治療；晚期的大腸癌，復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相對(duì)來說比較高。因?yàn)檫M(jìn)展期大腸癌可能會(huì)侵犯周圍的血管和淋巴結(jié)。
只有結(jié)合患者的術(shù)后病理，觀察是否存在周圍淋巴結(jié)侵犯，以及周圍血管侵犯的情況，來評(píng)估術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此在大腸癌的手術(shù)之后，我們一定要定期監(jiān)測(cè)腫瘤標(biāo)志物，腹部的ct檢查以及腸鏡，關(guān)注病變的復(fù)發(fā)情況。
