近視眼怎么恢復(fù)視力

通常近視會戴眼鏡，眼鏡是對近視進(jìn)行矯正的最佳方式，無論是框架眼鏡還是隱形眼鏡，皆可通過戴眼鏡，來矯正視力。
可以選擇在成年以后，去做近視眼的手術(shù)。在做近視眼手術(shù)前，有嚴(yán)格的適應(yīng)癥，希望患者在18歲以上，但是實(shí)際上現(xiàn)在的年輕人用眼太多，可能在屈光手術(shù)的時候，要把年齡延伸到21歲，即21歲以上，視力連續(xù)兩年沒有太明顯的增長，此時可以通過近視眼的手術(shù)，來恢復(fù)視力。
近視眼的手術(shù)，分為角膜的屈光手術(shù)和眼內(nèi)植入人工晶體的手術(shù)，但要知道做手術(shù)并不能夠讓近視得到恢復(fù)，只能是讓視力達(dá)到正常。
