前列腺炎有什么癥狀

前列腺炎屬于男性生殖系統(tǒng)的常見疾病，根據(jù)病程，一般可以分為急性前列腺炎、慢性前列腺炎等類型，癥狀表現(xiàn)一般有全身癥狀、局部疼痛、尿路刺激癥狀、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀、性功能障礙等。建議患者及時就醫(yī)，在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行治療。

1、全身癥狀：多見于急性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎，常見癥狀表現(xiàn)有發(fā)熱、寒戰(zhàn)、乏力等不適，而慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎如果存在反復(fù)尿路感染的現(xiàn)象，可能也會有發(fā)熱。

2、局部疼痛：前列腺炎的患者都可能會出現(xiàn)會陰部疼痛、下腹疼痛、腹股溝疼痛、骨盆區(qū)疼痛不適等癥狀，由前列腺充血、腫大所致。

3、尿路刺激癥狀：尿頻、尿急、尿痛、排尿不盡、尿滴瀝等情況也是前列腺炎的常見癥狀表現(xiàn)，可能與前列腺水腫而壓迫尿道有關(guān)。

4、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀：多見于慢性前列腺炎，由于病程較長，可能存在精神緊張、萎靡、焦慮、抑郁、緊張、失眠等不適癥狀。

5、性功能障礙：如果急性前列腺炎遷延不愈，慢性前列腺炎病情加重，可能會使性功能出現(xiàn)異常的現(xiàn)象，如勃起功能障礙、早泄等。

日常生活中，患者不要久坐，也不要長途騎車，有利于前列腺健康。
