血管瘤患兒能洗澡嗎

血管瘤由于其組織學(xué)和生物學(xué)的特點(diǎn)，有破潰、出血、感染的可能，特別是長在皮表的草莓狀血管瘤，確診后醫(yī)生都會(huì)交代家長小心護(hù)理，避免瘤體破潰。瘤體一旦破潰，會(huì)出現(xiàn)出血量多、不易止血、創(chuàng)面經(jīng)久不愈、愈合后留下疤痕影響美觀等弊端。那么血管瘤患兒能洗澡嗎？這成了很多家長的疑惑。

首先，血管瘤患兒不僅可以洗澡，而且還要特別注意瘤體部位的清潔、干爽。尤其是一些特殊部位(如脖子、腋下、會(huì)陰、臀部等)透氣度不好，血管瘤又經(jīng)常摩擦和被分泌物刺激，特別容易破潰。因此在清洗這些部位時(shí)，一定要注意清洗后保持瘤體部位皮膚干燥，可以用紙巾或者棉布輕輕的沾干瘤體部位的水漬，千萬不要來回擦拭，以免因摩擦瘤體部位的脆弱皮膚而導(dǎo)致瘤體破潰。

其次，對于瘤體已經(jīng)破潰了的血管瘤患兒洗澡同樣也是可以的，但是要注意創(chuàng)面不能接觸水或者不能使創(chuàng)面長時(shí)間浸泡在水里，有的家長因?yàn)楹⒆踊加醒芰龌蛘吡鲶w破潰了就不敢給患兒洗澡，結(jié)果瘤體部位被不潔物污染或被分泌物刺激導(dǎo)致破潰面積越來越大，長時(shí)間不愈合，反而不利于病情的控制。
