做人工流產(chǎn)要選擇最佳時(shí)機(jī)

在妊娠10周以?xún)?nèi)做人工流產(chǎn)較為適宜，最佳時(shí)間為7-8周。并不是人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)越早就越簡(jiǎn)單、越安全，因?yàn)?a href="http://www.sxhyfhb888.com/k/f9ehk2hek242bsu.html" target="_blank">懷孕時(shí)間太早如6周以?xún)?nèi)，現(xiàn)有普通技術(shù)條件有可能發(fā)生漏吸；再者受精卵需經(jīng)輸卵管到子宮內(nèi)著床，若胚胎末著床也可引起空吸；反之，若懷孕時(shí)間太晚手術(shù)就復(fù)雜，手術(shù)后康復(fù)時(shí)間也就慢。

常用的早期人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)有吸宮術(shù)（負(fù)壓吸引術(shù)）和鉗刮術(shù)兩種。

前者適用于10周以?xún)?nèi)的妊娠婦女，后者適用于10 - 14 周的妊娠婦女。妊娠10周以?xún)?nèi)子宮不太大；胎兒和胎盤(pán)尚未形成，一般不需要擴(kuò)張子宮頸，很容易將胎塊組織吸出；手術(shù)中反應(yīng)輕，出血少，手術(shù)時(shí)間短，術(shù)后休息1 -2小時(shí)就可以回家，恢復(fù)也很快，對(duì)身體影響小。妊娠10-14周時(shí)，因胚胎逐漸長(zhǎng)大，胎盤(pán)已經(jīng)形成，子宮也隨著長(zhǎng)大，這時(shí)做人工流產(chǎn)不宜用簡(jiǎn)單的吸宮術(shù)，而需要采用鉗刮人工流產(chǎn)。

該手術(shù)難度大，出血多，恢復(fù)也比較慢，對(duì)身體有一定影響。妊娠超過(guò)了14周就不能做上述兩種人工流產(chǎn)，而需要住院做引產(chǎn)手術(shù)，這樣更增加了孕婦的痛苦和手術(shù)的險(xiǎn)性。

因此，需要做人工流產(chǎn)的孕婦，應(yīng)盡量爭(zhēng)取在妊娠10周以?xún)?nèi)做負(fù)壓吸引手術(shù)，以減輕流產(chǎn)者的痛苦。
