現(xiàn)如今隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展，各種安全問題就不斷出現(xiàn)了，患肝癌的人群也越來越多了，對于肝癌治療也越來越受到更多人的關(guān)注，藥物治療一般都是屬于輔助治療，當(dāng)然有很多患者大部分時間都在吃藥治療，對于藥物治療肯定是有一定的效果的，最新抗肝癌藥物：

喜樹堿類：伊立替康單藥125mg/m2，每周1次，連用4周，停2周為1周期，14例患者中有1例取得PR，療效持續(xù)7個月，RR為7％，毒副作用輕微；2002年ASCO會議上報告了一種喜樹堿類新藥依喜替康（exatecan）治療43例患者，PR2例，好轉(zhuǎn)（MR）6例，SD14例，中位TTP為3。3個月，MST為7。4個月。
　　吉西他濱：吉西他濱Ⅱ期臨床試驗的研究方案是每周1250mg/m2，連用3周，停1周。在接受治療的28例患者中，5例PR，RR達(dá)17.8％，7例SD，16例疾病進(jìn)展，中位TTP12周，MST18。7周，劑量限制性毒性是血小板下降。
