畸胎瘤的西藥有哪些?畸胎瘤一旦確診，基本上沒有有效的藥治療，所以你可以吃些散結(jié)消瘀的中成藥試試效果，但是不能保證一定有效。必須爭取早期手術(shù)切除，以避免良性畸胎瘤因耽擱手術(shù)而導(dǎo)致腫瘤惡變，同時(shí)可預(yù)防腫瘤感染、破裂、出血及并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。

畸胎瘤的手術(shù)要點(diǎn)是完整地切除腫瘤，卵巢和睪丸腫瘤均作一側(cè)卵巢或睪丸切除，骶尾部畸胎瘤強(qiáng)調(diào)務(wù)必將尾骨一并切除，以免殘留多能細(xì)胞而導(dǎo)致腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)。惡性畸胎瘤的治療原則為聯(lián)合輔助治療，手術(shù)切除后常規(guī)化學(xué)治療1.5～2年，常用順鉑、長春花鹼或長春新鹼、博萊霉素。

近年推薦應(yīng)用順鉑、阿霉素、異環(huán)磷酰胺等化療藥物進(jìn)行聯(lián)合化療。放射治療僅用于明確有鏡下或肉眼殘留的惡性畸胎瘤病例，放療劑量鏡下殘留以25Gy為宜，肉眼殘留者可應(yīng)用到35Gy，對(duì)手術(shù)切除完整者，近年主張以化療為主，放療慎用，以避免放療時(shí)生殖器官、骨骼發(fā)育的延遲損害。
