卵巢囊腫可能會疼。具體分析如下：
卵巢囊腫在早期并無明顯的臨床表現(xiàn)，患者往往因其他疾病就醫(yī)在進行婦科檢查時才被發(fā)現(xiàn)。以后隨著腫瘤的生長，患者有所感覺，其癥狀與體征因腫瘤的性質(zhì)、大小、發(fā)展、有無繼發(fā)變性或并發(fā)癥而不同。由于腫瘤本身的重量以及受腸蠕動及體位變動的影響，使腫瘤在盆腔內(nèi)移動牽扯其蒂及骨盆漏斗韌帶，以致患者有下腹或骼窩部充脹、下墜感。當腫瘤發(fā)生瘤蒂扭轉(zhuǎn)或腫瘤破裂、出血、感染，可能會引起腹痛。此外，惡性囊腫多引起腹痛、腿痛，所以右卵巢囊腫可能會疼。通常直徑小于5cm的卵巢囊腫可能是非贅生性囊腫，大部分可自行消失，但必須定期隨訪。如腫瘤有增大，應立即手術(shù)。如果大于5cm就要積極接受治療。
