耳垂囊腫自己會(huì)消掉嗎

極少數(shù)耳垂囊腫會(huì)自己消掉，大多都不會(huì)自己消掉。如囊腫較小無(wú)需處理，囊腫較大時(shí)可手術(shù)治療。

耳垂囊腫是因皮脂腺排泄管堵塞出現(xiàn)的囊狀良性包塊，囊內(nèi)容物通常為液體。耳垂囊腫自愈的幾率很低，只有極少患者的耳垂囊腫隨著時(shí)間推移逐漸縮小、消失，大多數(shù)患者的耳垂囊腫不會(huì)自己消掉，還可能有逐漸發(fā)展增大趨勢(shì)。

但因耳垂囊腫是良性病變，如囊腫較小，患者無(wú)明顯不適癥狀，一般無(wú)需治療。但要注意避免經(jīng)常揉搓、按摩、刺激患處，以免使囊腫快速增大或繼發(fā)感染。如耳垂囊腫較大，并有壓痛癥狀，患者手術(shù)切除后，即可治愈疾病。如繼發(fā)感染，可進(jìn)行局部濕熱敷，并服用阿莫西林、頭孢克肟等抗生素類(lèi)藥物抗菌消炎，必要時(shí)切開(kāi)引流，炎癥得到控制后再手術(shù)切除。注意用藥需遵醫(yī)囑，不可擅自用藥。
