隨著醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，腦瘤的診斷越來越先進。由于多種物理化學(xué)生物因素的影響腦瘤的發(fā)病率也在增高，那么確診腦瘤需要做哪些檢查呢，腦癌通過啥檢查出來？專家表示，診斷腦瘤的檢查的方法主要有這些：

頭顱X片：有助于了解有無顱內(nèi)壓增高，顱骨的局部破壞或增生，蝶鞍有無擴大，松果體鈣化的移位及腦瘤內(nèi)病理性鈣化等，對定位、定性診斷都有幫助，但x線攝片的陽性率不足三分之一，故不能因攝片陰性而排除腦瘤。
　　眼底檢查：觀察有否視神經(jīng)乳頭水腫b視神經(jīng)乳頭水腫是顱內(nèi)壓增高的體征，與頭疼、嘔吐并稱為顱內(nèi)壓增高的“三證”，但僅見于四分之一病人，所以不能簡單地以眼檢查陰性而排除腦瘤的可能。
　　腦電圖檢查是比較重要的：對大腦半球生長快的腦瘤具有定位價值，可看見病側(cè)的波幅降低，頻率減慢70年代后發(fā)展的腦電地形圖可以圖形的方式顯示顱內(nèi)病變的部位和范圍，對腦瘤的診斷比常規(guī)腦電圖敏感，其主要表現(xiàn)為腫瘤區(qū)及腫瘤區(qū)周圍的慢波功率異常，不失為CT檢查前的一種有效的篩選方法。
