中醫(yī)藥膳治療閉經(jīng)

董某，女，36歲。一年前“藥流”后，惡露淋漓不凈，接受治療卻未見(jiàn)成效。后由于瑣碎之事和人發(fā)生口角，急躁氣滯，又加上旅途奔波、淋雨受寒。寒凝氣滯，胞宮受阻，沖任不通，血無(wú)以下，以致未治療而惡露反止，止后臍腹下氣海、關(guān)元穴四周脹痛漸起，痛甚于脹，且硬，旁及少腹。腹痛，不欲按，喜溫惡冷。脘脅痞滿，太息，胃納欠馨，二便自調(diào)。月經(jīng)7個(gè)月未潮。舌淡，有淤斑，苔前半薄白、后半白膩，脈沉弦。就診中醫(yī)，經(jīng)中醫(yī)診斷證屬閉經(jīng)。給予董某溫經(jīng)方7劑調(diào)理治療。

溫經(jīng)方

方藥:吳茱萸、肉桂、紅花各3克，當(dāng)歸尾、赤芍藥、川芎、桃仁、懷牛膝、制香附子各10克，黨參、熟地黃各15克，醋柴胡5克。

用法：每日1劑，水煎2次，早晚分服。大黃?蟲(chóng)丸120克，每日3次，每次5克，米湯送服。

功效：溫經(jīng)疏氣活血。

復(fù)診時(shí)：腹脹痛已減，胃納亦增，大便轉(zhuǎn)軟。藥劑適宜，原方續(xù)服5劑，大黃?蟲(chóng)丸480克。

三診：自述無(wú)不適，遂停湯劑，仍囑服大黃?蟲(chóng)丸，服至480克時(shí)汛水采潮，閉經(jīng)痊愈。
