白帶異常黑色是什么原因

白帶異常呈現(xiàn)黑色可能是排卵期出血、內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)、黃體功能不全等因素導(dǎo)致的。

1、排卵期出血：白帶呈現(xiàn)黑色發(fā)生在排卵期前后，則與排卵期出血有關(guān)。排卵期卵巢破裂導(dǎo)致體內(nèi)雌激素水平下降，有部分子宮內(nèi)膜失去雌激素支持，出現(xiàn)壞死、脫落，有少量的出血跡象。因?yàn)槌鲅枯^少，會與白帶混雜在一起使白帶顏色發(fā)黑。

2、內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)：主要是由于內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)導(dǎo)致陰道有少量出血，與白帶混雜在一起而呈現(xiàn)黑色。

3、黃體功能不全：黃體功能不全也是主要有因黃體肌也就是月經(jīng)來臨前10天左右，黃體功能不全癥狀尤為突出，其中最為直接的表現(xiàn)是白帶呈現(xiàn)黑色。

除以上因素外，還可能是其他因素導(dǎo)致的，例如婦科炎癥。若是出現(xiàn)了其他不適癥狀，建議患者及時(shí)就醫(yī)，在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行治療。
