拉黑便沒有血是怎么回事

一般情況下，拉黑便沒有血主要與飲食因素、藥物因素有關(guān)，但是也不排除是消化道出血引起的癥狀。具體分析如下：

1.飲食因素：排便時時出現(xiàn)黑便，但是并沒伴有其他異常癥狀，可能與飲食因素有關(guān)，近期攝入桑葚、巧克力、動物肝臟等黑色食物、含有鐵劑較高的食物會導(dǎo)致大便顏色發(fā)生改變呈現(xiàn)黑色，一般在調(diào)整飲食結(jié)果后大便顏色會逐漸恢復(fù)正常。

2.藥物因素：近期服用復(fù)合鋁酸鉍顆粒、膠體果膠鉍膠囊的含有鐵劑的藥物，會導(dǎo)致藥物中的鐵元素與胃腸道中的硫化氫發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)而形成硫化鐵，導(dǎo)致大便顏色發(fā)生改變而呈現(xiàn)黑色，在停止服用藥物后大便可恢復(fù)正常顏色。

3.消化道出血：糜爛性胃炎、消化性潰瘍、胃癌等疾病可導(dǎo)致消化道出血，血液會隨著食物進入腸道，在腸道細菌的作用下血紅蛋白中的鐵劑沉積形成硫化鐵，刺激腸道分泌一些黏液呈現(xiàn)出黑色大便?？梢詰?yīng)用抑酸劑進行止血，還可應(yīng)用縮血管藥物，如垂體后葉素。
