如何區(qū)分無精癥與前列腺疾病

無精癥一直困擾著許多男性，有些人患有了無精癥卻以為自己得了前列腺炎，那么前列腺疾病與無精癥到底有什么區(qū)別呢?

關(guān)于無精癥與前列腺，精阜炎癥、輸精管或精囊炎癥、結(jié)核都可導(dǎo)致射精管梗阻，來自睪丸輸精管的精子不能順利射出，精液中查不到精子即無精癥，如射精不暢可出現(xiàn)少精癥，這些原因都會引發(fā)不育癥。

前列腺實(shí)際上是一個肌纖維和腺性組織，在腺體內(nèi)外及其周圍起碼有3組功能不同的肌群，在各種不同神經(jīng)的支配下，相互協(xié)調(diào)地發(fā)揮開關(guān)這些管道“閘門”的作用。當(dāng)排尿時，逼尿括約肌開放，精液便射出體外;如果調(diào)節(jié)失控，內(nèi)括約肌未關(guān)閉膀胱開口，而外括約肌反而收縮，關(guān)閉了遠(yuǎn)端的門戶，結(jié)果精液只能倒流入膀胱，這就叫“逆行射精”，精液未能射入陰道，也就不能受精生育。

通過以上兩種方法，我們可以分析出無精癥與前列腺疾病還是有一定的區(qū)別的，雖然它們都可導(dǎo)致不育，但是他們的病因病理及治療方法都各不相同，所以人們應(yīng)該分清無精癥與前列腺的區(qū)別，避免疾病的混淆。
