近年來我國直腸癌的發(fā)病率有增無減，在電視和報紙中經(jīng)?？煽匆娭蹦c癌的相關(guān)報道，直腸癌的發(fā)生主要與患者的不良生活及飲食習(xí)慣相關(guān)。

1.飲食因素

受西方元素影響，如今大部分居民都是高脂肪、高蛋白、低膳食纖維的西式飲食，此類食物含大量飽和脂肪酸，易導(dǎo)致大腸菌群組成紊亂，促使致癌物生成和發(fā)展，這也是近年來各種消化道惡性腫瘤激增的主要原因。

2.不規(guī)律生活方式

如今生活、工作壓力大，尤其在北京、上海等大城市，由于工作原因，加班熬夜、喝酒應(yīng)酬等事務(wù)繁多，長期不規(guī)律的生活方式可致人體生物鐘紊亂，體內(nèi)毒素堆積，代謝物質(zhì)無法正常排出，長期積存于體內(nèi)導(dǎo)致腫瘤的發(fā)生。

3.久坐不運(yùn)動

白領(lǐng)一族需長時間坐在辦公室工作，不正確的坐姿更會加重腹腔充血;且長時間坐著可引起腹脹、便秘，如果不能每天清除，較長時間累積在腸道，糞便內(nèi)的有害物質(zhì)很容易對腸黏膜造成傷害，從而誘發(fā)癌變。
