膽囊癌晚期患者3個主要癥狀

膽囊癌晚期患者身體明顯消瘦，沒有食欲，大多數(shù)患者需要輔助中藥治療，來消炎鎮(zhèn)痛，抑制病情發(fā)展并提高患者的免疫力，提高生活質(zhì)量。膽囊癌晚期最常見的癥狀有以下幾種：

1、右上腹疼痛

大部分表現(xiàn)為右上腹部的持續(xù)性疼痛，并可有陣發(fā)性加劇，向右肩及腰背部放射。此癥狀占84%，由于膽囊癌多與膽囊結(jié)石、炎癥并存，故疼痛性質(zhì)與結(jié)石性膽囊炎相似。

2、黃疸

由于癌腫的擴散或癌組織侵犯膽管，引起梗阻等，約有1/3～1/2患者出現(xiàn)皮膚、黏膜黃染。少數(shù)患者以黃疸為首發(fā)癥狀，多數(shù)黃疸出現(xiàn)在疼痛之后，黃疸呈持續(xù)性、進行性加重，少數(shù)患者表現(xiàn)為間歇性黃疸，同時伴有消瘦、乏力，甚至出現(xiàn)惡病質(zhì)。

3、皮膚瘙癢

皮膚瘙癢可與黃疸同時出現(xiàn)，也可先后出現(xiàn)，同時可伴隨其他癥狀如心動過速、出血傾向、精神萎頓、乏力和脂肪瀉、腹脹等，皮膚瘙癢是因血液中膽紅素含量增高，撫慰皮膚末稍神經(jīng)而致。
