肺膿腫是比較嚴重的，需要及時進行治療。

通常而言，導(dǎo)致肺膿腫的細菌對青霉素比較敏感，所以一旦出現(xiàn)肺膿腫首選的藥物就是青霉素，大多數(shù)急性肺膿腫患者經(jīng)過青霉素治療后可以治愈。
