前列腺液有味道

前列腺液有味道可能是生理性因素引起，也可能是前列腺炎、包皮龜頭炎等病理性因素引起。可通過生活調理、藥物治療等方式緩解癥狀。

一、生理性因素

前列腺液本身具有一定味道，與精液味道相似。前列腺液里含有蛋白質，正常的前列腺液是蛋清的味道，即有腥臭味。如果前列腺液有腥味，說明是正常生理現(xiàn)象，不必擔心，也無需采取特殊治療。日常生活注意清潔衛(wèi)生，勤換內褲即可。

二、病理性因素

1、前列腺炎：是由于細菌感染前列腺，導致炎癥發(fā)生，會導致前列腺液有除腥味以外的異味，還伴有尿頻、陰莖勃起障礙等。建議患者及時就醫(yī)，可遵醫(yī)囑使用阿奇霉素片、鹽酸左氧氟沙星片等藥物進行治療，有抗菌消炎的作用，能緩解病情。

2、包皮龜頭炎：是由于包皮太長，導致龜頭被尿道污垢感染，從而導致發(fā)炎。污垢在龜頭中堆積，會散發(fā)出異味，也會導致前列腺液有異味，還可能伴有紅腫、乏力等癥狀。建議及時就醫(yī)，可遵醫(yī)囑使用硝酸咪康唑乳膏、甲硝唑片等有抗菌作用的藥物進行治療。

如果是由于上述原因引起的前列腺液有異味，建議做尿常規(guī)、前列腺液檢查、血細胞分析等檢查，明確病因。平時要注意按時清潔，勤換內褲，飲食要清淡。
