血管瘤的C02激光治療

可用于血管瘤治療的激光器品種繁多,C02激光器就是較常用的一種。C02激光為不可見光,可利用較大的光束照射血管瘤內(nèi)的組織和血管，使其萎縮變小，直至血管封閉，達(dá)到治療的目的。對于體積較大的瘤體，可多次重復(fù)治療，以達(dá)到徹底治愈的目的。C02激光通過關(guān)節(jié)臂導(dǎo)光,臨床操作不是十分方便，另外其穿透力較弱，不適用于位置較深的血管瘤。

C02激光的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以以下幾個(gè)方面：①C02激光能量通過熱傳導(dǎo)凝固血管,止血效果好。②C02激光治療時(shí)可封閉血管,治療后不易復(fù)發(fā)。③C02激光治療血管瘤時(shí)間短，患者痛苦小，術(shù)后不需要特殊護(hù)理。④C02激光能量大、溫度高，對血管瘤病灶進(jìn)行熱處理，術(shù)后不易發(fā)生感染，多不遺留疤痕。⑤C02激光治療操作簡單，適用范圍廣，可用于毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張性肉芽腫、草莓狀血管瘤、蜘蛛痣、口腔內(nèi)血管瘤等表淺病灶的治療。

近年來，激光光動(dòng)力學(xué)也逐漸在血管瘤的治療中應(yīng)用，其原理是利用光敏制劑經(jīng)激光或其它光源激動(dòng)后產(chǎn)生光化學(xué)反應(yīng),進(jìn)一步引起血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞損傷、血管壁機(jī)化或毛細(xì)血管閉鎖。該法雖然治療效果好，但因其熱損傷較大，容易遺留疤痕。
