PSA6.5ng/mL是前列腺癌早期嗎

PSA一般指前列腺特異性抗原，其水平為6.5ng/mL通常不是前列腺癌早期，建議及時就醫(yī)，進一步檢查以明確診斷。

前列腺特異性抗原的正常參考值多處于0-4ng/mL，6.5ng/mL雖高于正常范圍，但并不能就此判定為前列腺癌早期。因為除了前列腺癌，患有前列腺炎時，炎癥狀態(tài)下前列腺組織受刺激，可能會使前列腺特異性抗原的分泌增加；發(fā)生前列腺增生時，大量增生的前列腺細胞也可能會導(dǎo)致前列腺特異性抗原值上升。而且，近期若經(jīng)歷直腸指檢、前列腺按摩、導(dǎo)尿等醫(yī)療操作，同樣可能會造成前列腺特異性抗原水平短暫升高。若想準確判斷是否處于前列腺癌早期，需要綜合直腸指檢、磁共振成像、前列腺穿刺活檢術(shù)等多項檢查。

日常生活中，應(yīng)保持均衡的飲食，多喝水、避免久坐，對前列腺健康有益。
