氬氦刀治療肺癌的療效怎么樣

氬氦刀治療早期肺癌可達(dá)根治效果，效果較好；而晚期肺癌則屬姑息性手術(shù)，對體質(zhì)較差、其它治療失敗的患者仍適合，但效果較差。經(jīng)皮肺穿刺氬氦刀治療肺癌有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：不開刀，創(chuàng)傷小，無明顯痛苦，術(shù)后恢復(fù)快；瘤細(xì)胞死亡，壓迫減輕，1～3月后瘤體縮小，臨床癥狀改善；機(jī)體免疫系統(tǒng)的重新激活，有利于生存質(zhì)量的提高；可反復(fù)冷凍，可與放療、化療等結(jié)合應(yīng)用等，所以可以用于治療肺癌，有一定療效。但氬氦刀仍屬局部治療，不能替代傳統(tǒng)的手術(shù)、放療和化療等方法，臨床上氬氦刀治療肺癌有一定效果。建議患者盡量爭取手術(shù)，對手術(shù)不能完全切除的腫瘤，可術(shù)中配合氬氦刀將殘余腫瘤殺滅，效果較好。
