男性乳房發(fā)育就是得了肝病嗎

今天，我收到一位男性網(wǎng)民的來(lái)信，說(shuō)自己從十幾歲就出現(xiàn)了乳房發(fā)育，導(dǎo)致心理壓力非常大。他上網(wǎng)查到肝病可以引起男性乳房發(fā)育，非常擔(dān)心自己得了肝病。

慢性肝病確實(shí)可以引起男性乳房發(fā)育，但如果是肝病引起的男性乳房發(fā)育，一般情況下肝病已經(jīng)發(fā)展到肝硬化階段，已經(jīng)有了很明顯的慢性肝病癥狀。其實(shí)，男性乳房發(fā)育的發(fā)生率是很高的，國(guó)外一些學(xué)者報(bào)道，15～40歲的男性中大約1/3會(huì)發(fā)生乳房發(fā)育。

大多數(shù)男性乳房發(fā)育的原因是生理性的，因?yàn)樯L(zhǎng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的雌激素和/或雄激素的紊亂，肥胖也可以引起男性乳房發(fā)育。某醫(yī)院曾對(duì)268例男性乳房發(fā)育的患者進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，其中240例(89.55%)為生理性的，其他28例中有12例是藥物引起的，還有11例中各種腫瘤引起的，其他5例都患有內(nèi)分泌方面的疾病。在這268例患者中有77例未治療，但其中72.73%乳房發(fā)育自行好轉(zhuǎn)。有128例用了藥物治療，63例采用手術(shù)治療。

我在工作中也碰到過(guò)一位乙肝病毒感染者因錯(cuò)把女性保健藥當(dāng)成保肝藥服用后引起乳房發(fā)育，停藥后就好轉(zhuǎn)了。

肝病確實(shí)可以引起男性乳房發(fā)育，但男性乳房發(fā)育不等于得了肝病，建議這位網(wǎng)民到醫(yī)院好好檢查一下，并在?？漆t(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下治療。
