哪些肝癌患者不適合放療

肝癌的典型癥狀和體征一般出現(xiàn)于中、晚期，癌細(xì)胞已發(fā)生血行轉(zhuǎn)移、淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移、種植轉(zhuǎn)移，或腫瘤浸潤(rùn);且我國(guó)肝癌患者多伴有肝炎、肝硬化的病史，不能手術(shù)。

而伽瑪?shù)吨委熢l(fā)性肝癌的總有效率為81％，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)移病灶又可“局部手段，全身治療”，因而成為肝癌治療的趨勢(shì)。但不是所有肝癌患者放射治療都能受益。

哪些肝癌患者不適合放療呢?

1.肝功能嚴(yán)重失代償，表現(xiàn)為黃疸、腹水、低蛋白血癥，肝功能分級(jí)上屬于Child Pugh C級(jí)者;

2.肝癌為彌漫性，或多發(fā)結(jié)節(jié)者;

3.全身情況衰竭，惡病質(zhì)，無(wú)法耐受放療者;

4.嚴(yán)重骨髓抑制，表現(xiàn)為貧血、白細(xì)胞或血小板減少者;活動(dòng)性消化道出血者。
