藥流是墜胎的其中一種方式，也是最原始的一種方法，這種方法比較簡單，只需要吃藥進(jìn)行。但相對(duì)于人流來說藥流存在一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，但費(fèi)用就節(jié)省一大半，究竟藥物流產(chǎn)安全嗎?藥流和人流哪個(gè)好?

藥物流產(chǎn)安全嗎

藥流是指在懷孕早期不須手術(shù)、而用打針或服藥的方法達(dá)到人工流產(chǎn)。應(yīng)用藥物使妊娠終止，是近20年來的最新發(fā)展。目前常用的藥物是米非司酮(Ru486)和前列腺素聯(lián)合應(yīng)用，前者使子宮蛻膜變性壞死、宮頸軟化，后者使子宮收縮，促使胚胎排出。藥流簡便、有效、無創(chuàng)傷，避免了進(jìn)宮腔操作可能造成的并發(fā)癥。目前用于終止8周以內(nèi)的妊娠。

正常的小于49天都用藥物流產(chǎn)。藥流用米非司酮和米索前列醇。首先應(yīng)去醫(yī)院做B超檢查，排除宮外孕的可能。如果宮內(nèi)妊娠米非早晨2片，晚上1片，共6片，可以吃2天。第3天早晨吃米索。注意服藥前后2小時(shí)不能吃東西，用冷開水送服。吃藥后會(huì)出現(xiàn)陰道出血，上洗手間要非常注意看是否有圓圓的肉樣?xùn)|西掉出來，那就是妊娠囊。如果排出后，最好配合吃點(diǎn)益母草膏和阿莫西林，如果出血量超出平時(shí)月經(jīng)很多的話，要去醫(yī)院及時(shí)處理。

有些婦女在流產(chǎn)后陰道出血時(shí)間較長，少數(shù)人可能流產(chǎn)不全仍需手術(shù)清宮。
