免開顱治療垂體瘤

病人一旦被確認(rèn)為垂體瘤患者，就應(yīng)該及早開始治療。垂體瘤的治療可以分為外科治療與內(nèi)科治療兩種，外科的手術(shù)治療是最有可能實(shí)現(xiàn)根治垂體瘤的首選療法，它為患者提供了疾病徹底治愈的希望。

免開顱經(jīng)蝶入路手術(shù)治療垂體瘤

手術(shù)方式一般分為兩大類，開顱手術(shù)和經(jīng)蝶入路手術(shù)。經(jīng)蝶手術(shù)，就是采用不開顱的治療方式，借鼻腔通道，經(jīng)蝶竇直達(dá)垂體腫瘤。與開顱手術(shù)治療相比較，它具有腫瘤暴露佳，創(chuàng)傷和危險性小，顱面外觀無損傷，療效好、根治率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。適合經(jīng)蝶手術(shù)的垂體腺瘤有：1、垂體微腺瘤(直徑<1厘米);2、侵犯蝶竇的腺瘤;3、向鞍上擴(kuò)展而未向鞍旁擴(kuò)展的垂體腺瘤。

內(nèi)科治療一般會首先藥物的治療方法。服用多巴胺激動劑類藥物已經(jīng)有多年的臨床應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中最為患者常用的是溴隱停，這種藥物在多數(shù)患者中能夠有效的控制泌乳素腺瘤的癥狀，對其他類型的腺瘤也有一定的作用。藥物治療有他的缺點(diǎn)，治標(biāo)不治本，一旦停藥就會復(fù)發(fā)。從外科的角度看，此藥的應(yīng)用會引起腫瘤收縮使質(zhì)地變韌變硬，增加日后手術(shù)治療的難度。

腦垂體瘤的治療，還可以依照病情選擇放射治療。
