1、內(nèi)痔瘡發(fā)作：內(nèi)痔瘡平時癥狀輕微，無大痛苦，如有便秘或腹瀉，或過于勞累，就會忽然加重，稱為內(nèi)痔瘡發(fā)作。在內(nèi)痔瘡發(fā)作時，痔核突然腫脹、突出、灼熱，疼痛，有搏動及異物填塞的感覺。因受干燥糞便的擠壓，內(nèi)痔瘡易破潰出血，里急后重。發(fā)作持續(xù)3--5天，如治療得法，腫脹逐漸消散，血栓被吸收，內(nèi)痔瘡的痔核變軟縮小。有時腫脹不見消散，由于感染、化膿、潰爛或因血循環(huán)受阻，痔核也可發(fā)生壞死。

2、粘液流出：直腸粘膜長期受痔核的刺激，引起分泌物增多;晚期內(nèi)痔瘡，因肛門括約肌松弛，常有分泌物由肛門流出。輕者大便時流出，重者不排便時也自然流出，污染內(nèi)褲，內(nèi)痔瘡患者極不方便。在內(nèi)痔瘡脫出時，分泌物更多。

3、瘙癢：因分泌物或脫出痔核的刺激，使肛門周圍潮濕不潔，發(fā)生濕疹和瘙癢，瘙癢有時是由于內(nèi)痔瘡脫出因反射作用而引起的。
