脂肪肝不會遺傳

大家都知道脂肪肝會造成肝功能損傷，但脂肪肝是由機體代謝異常所致，不會傳染，那么，脂肪肝會不會遺傳呢？

臨床上經(jīng)常可以看到，一個家族里面同時或先后有多個成員患有脂肪肝，或者父母孩子、兄弟姐妹全都發(fā)現(xiàn)有脂肪肝。所以有人認為脂肪肝會遺傳，其實這是個錯誤的結(jié)論，脂肪肝是有家族聚集性，但脂肪肝不會遺傳。

脂肪肝主要是由肥胖、糖尿病或高脂血癥等引起的，這些疾病都有一定的遺傳傾向性，醫(yī)學(xué)上叫作多基因遺傳性疾病。也就是說，父母如果有這種疾病，子女不一定會有這種疾病。但如果子女延續(xù)了父母不健康的生活方式和不科學(xué)的飲食習(xí)慣，就有可能患上和父母相同的疾病。

脂肪肝本身并沒有遺傳性，在脂肪肝的家族聚集性中，不健康的生活方式和習(xí)慣等后天因素可能更重要。
