前列腺囊腫會復(fù)發(fā)嗎

復(fù)發(fā)的主要原因有：

1、系由堅韌的前列腺基質(zhì)導致腺泡不完全或間斷性梗阻，逐漸使腺泡上皮變厚，終至發(fā)生潴留性囊腫，可位于前列腺內(nèi)的任何部位或突出至膀胱頸部，直徑為1～2cm。

2、系前列腺慢性炎癥引起結(jié)締組織增生，導致前列腺導管狹窄、分泌物潴留形成囊腫。

3、由寄生蟲引起，如包蟲能使前列腺管及周圍發(fā)生慢性炎癥;或由肉芽增生，逐漸形成囊腫。
