生理期可以打新冠疫苗第三針嗎

新冠疫苗指新型冠狀病毒疫苗，一般情況下，生理期可以打新型冠狀病毒疫苗第三針，但不建議注射，因生理期女性體質(zhì)較差，注射疫苗可產(chǎn)生或加重疫苗不良反應(yīng)，具體分析如下：

女性處于生理期內(nèi)可以注射新型冠狀病毒疫苗，但盡量不要注射。雖然生理期不屬于新型冠狀病毒疫苗注射禁忌證，但因女性在生理期間個(gè)人體質(zhì)較差，部分人群還會(huì)出現(xiàn)或輕或重的不適癥狀，如痛經(jīng)、腰痛、頭痛等，人體的免疫能力也會(huì)有所下降，注射疫苗后更易產(chǎn)生藥物不良反應(yīng)。

本身免疫較差者若在經(jīng)期注射更容易出現(xiàn)一定感冒癥狀，并且可能會(huì)降低疫苗的免疫效果，無(wú)法獲得相應(yīng)的防疫效果。除經(jīng)期外，女性還需避免在備孕期和妊娠期注射，避免對(duì)身體健康造成不利影響。
