右側(cè)腋窩淋巴結(jié)腫大，考慮是急性化膿性乳腺炎、毛囊炎、乳腺癌等原因所致。

1.急性化膿性乳腺炎

急性化膿性乳腺炎多發(fā)生在哺乳期女性，此時病情嚴(yán)重情況下，會導(dǎo)致腋下淋巴結(jié)炎性腫大，且伴有明顯的疼痛感。乳房內(nèi)會有腫塊，并有皮溫升高、發(fā)熱等癥狀，通過乳腺彩超檢查和明確病情。

2.毛囊炎
