甘草湯可治療過敏性紫癜

圓圓七歲了，小學(xué)一年級的學(xué)生。幾天前，她的小腿上出現(xiàn)了幾塊小小的紫色瘀斑，媽媽以為是小孩子嗑了碰了，幾天就會好，于是沒有多在意?？墒牵^了兩天，那些小紫斑不僅沒有自己消退，反而變大變多了，同時，圓圓的雙膝關(guān)節(jié)也感覺有些疼。媽媽聽了立即帶圓圓去了醫(yī)院。醫(yī)生經(jīng)過診斷，說圓圓皮膚上的紫斑是過敏性紫癜。因為圓圓不肯打針也不肯吃藥，于是，醫(yī)生給她開了甘草20克，水煎分3次服。圓圓連服了5天，癥狀全部消失了。

為什么只是喝甘草湯就能治好過敏性紫癜？面對圓圓媽的疑惑，醫(yī)生解釋說，過敏性紫癜是一種變態(tài)反應(yīng)性微血管疾病，臨床表現(xiàn)以皮膚和黏膜出血、關(guān)節(jié)和腎的病變?yōu)橹?，可發(fā)生任何年齡，但是以兒童和青年更多見。甘草能夠治療過敏性紫癜，主要是因為它具有腎上腺激素的作用。

據(jù)文獻報道，采用生甘草30克水煎，每日分2次口服。治療12例，年齡10~47歲，病程在3日~3周的過敏性紫癜患者，皮膚紫癜均在3~6日全部消失。停藥后未再復(fù)發(fā)，未見不良反應(yīng)。
