前列腺增生的治療方法

目前，臨床上前列腺增生的治療方法有等待觀察、藥物治療、微創(chuàng)療法和手術(shù)療法4種，分別簡要介紹如下：

　等待觀察：內(nèi)容包括患者教育、生活方式指導(dǎo)、合并用藥的指導(dǎo)及隨訪。

藥物治療：常用的治療藥物包括α受體阻滯劑、5α-還原酶抑制劑、α受體阻滯劑和5α-還原酶抑制劑聯(lián)合治療、中藥和植物制劑。

微創(chuàng)療法：包括微波治療、射頻治療、聚焦超聲治療、支架治療等。但該法不推薦作為一般患者的一線外科治療方法。

手術(shù)療法：開放手術(shù)包括恥骨上經(jīng)膀胱前列腺摘除術(shù)、恥骨后前列腺摘除術(shù)、保留尿道的恥骨后前列腺摘除術(shù)和前列腺聯(lián)合部切開術(shù)。其中，恥骨上經(jīng)膀胱前列腺摘除術(shù)技術(shù)最為成熟，也是目前臨床上最常采用的開放手術(shù)治療前列腺增生的方法。
