HBSag是一種乙肝表面抗原，本身沒有傳染性，是已感染乙肝病毒標志物，可通過一系列檢測了解情況，目前可選擇抗纖維化治療或抗病毒治療。

　　1、HBSag是什么意思
　　這是乙肝表面抗原本身并沒有傳染性，出現(xiàn)乙肝表面抗原后，會伴乙肝病毒存在，是一種感染乙肝病毒標志物。乙肝表面抗原往往出現(xiàn)在人體唾液、血液、尿液或陰道分泌物中。
　　一般感染乙肝病毒后2~3個月內(nèi)會出現(xiàn)異常癥狀，經(jīng)血清檢查時發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯陽性表現(xiàn)，若是急性乙肝人群，疾病早期出現(xiàn)明顯轉(zhuǎn)陰現(xiàn)象，若是慢性乙肝人群可能出現(xiàn)持續(xù)性指標。
　　2、HBSag該怎么辦
　　可選擇甲胎蛋白檢測或腹部ct檢測，檢測后可了解具體情況，獲得有效治療，明確病情后需定期觀察，部分病人可能需選擇免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗病毒治療或抗纖維化治療，治療方法正確效果更好。
