戴套可以防止艾滋病嗎

戴套從一定程度上可防止艾滋病。但戴套也不是萬無一失，性生活過程中避孕套破損、脫落，依然會(huì)導(dǎo)致艾滋病傳播。
　　艾滋病病毒會(huì)存在于精液、體液、陰道分泌物中，常會(huì)通過性接觸傳播。如果是同性戀，或嫖娼，進(jìn)行高危性行為時(shí)戴套，可以起到很好防護(hù)作用。
　　但戴套也不是萬無一失，因?yàn)楸茉刑资且环N天然乳膠制品，在摩擦過程中很容易破損、脫落，這時(shí)也會(huì)導(dǎo)致艾滋病傳播。另外，艾滋病并不是只有性傳播一種途徑，戴套無法防止其他途徑傳播。
