白內(nèi)障的早期癥狀有哪些

一般白內(nèi)障處在發(fā)病早期時(shí)，常會(huì)有單眼多視、視物模糊、色覺(jué)異常、眼前暗影、老花眼減輕等癥狀。
　　1、單眼多視
　　在白內(nèi)障發(fā)病初期，晶狀體會(huì)出現(xiàn)部分混濁、部分透明情況，光線通過(guò)晶狀體投射到視網(wǎng)膜上時(shí)，常會(huì)出現(xiàn)雙影、多影的表現(xiàn)。
　　2、視物模糊
　　出現(xiàn)白內(nèi)障后，常會(huì)伴隨視覺(jué)障礙，在患病早期會(huì)有視物逐漸模糊感覺(jué)，會(huì)感覺(jué)光線周?chē)馊臀矬w顏色不是特別明亮。
　　3、色覺(jué)異常
　　在白內(nèi)障初期，晶狀體會(huì)因?yàn)槲账侄喑霈F(xiàn)腫脹，此時(shí)看到燈光時(shí)，常會(huì)發(fā)生折射，出現(xiàn)彩色暈光，就是常說(shuō)虹視。
　　4、眼前暗影
　　當(dāng)出現(xiàn)白內(nèi)障時(shí)，部分晶狀體會(huì)變得渾濁，如果渾濁部位位于瞳孔區(qū)，眼前常會(huì)有一些點(diǎn)狀或片狀陰影。
　　5、老花眼減輕
　　老年人患有白內(nèi)障初期，會(huì)因?yàn)榫铙w凸度增加，屈光度發(fā)生改變，讓老花眼癥狀會(huì)有所減輕。
