胃痛拉肚子可因急性胃腸炎引起，還可因闌尾炎、急性胰腺炎等引起，應(yīng)積極進(jìn)行治療。
　　一、胃痛拉肚子原因
　　胃疼同時(shí)伴拉肚子，大多由于細(xì)菌、病毒等感染導(dǎo)致急性胃腸炎引起，在腹痛、拉肚子同時(shí)可能伴有惡心、腹脹等癥狀，部分患者還可出現(xiàn)全身酸痛、發(fā)熱等癥狀。此外，急性膽囊炎、闌尾炎、急性胰腺炎等也可引起胃痛、拉肚子癥狀?？赏ㄟ^大便常規(guī)、血常規(guī)等明確病因。
　　二、胃痛拉肚子如何治療
　　胃痛拉肚子若因急性腸胃炎引起，患者應(yīng)臥床休息，同時(shí)應(yīng)積極補(bǔ)液防止脫水，建議攝入流質(zhì)或半流質(zhì)食物。嘔吐嚴(yán)重時(shí)可服用止吐類藥物，腹瀉嚴(yán)重的可應(yīng)用止瀉類藥物，對(duì)于有細(xì)菌感染的可應(yīng)用抗生素治療。對(duì)于闌尾炎、急性胰腺炎等疾病，也應(yīng)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性治療。
