耳廓外傷掛什么科

耳廓外傷可到耳鼻喉科或五官科就診，輕度損傷應進行縫合、抗感染治療，若耳廓離斷，應進行顯微血管吻合術(shù)治療。
耳鼻喉科醫(yī)生會對耳廓的損傷程度進行判斷，若只是局部損傷，可在局部麻醉的情況下進行縫合，再進行抗感染治療。若耳廓嚴重損傷，甚至是離斷，應保護好完整耳廓，到醫(yī)院進行顯微血管吻合術(shù)，如吻合成功，耳廓可成活，否則需進行耳部再造。
耳廓外傷主要表現(xiàn)為耳部疼痛感，根據(jù)損傷程度可有不同程度耳悶、耳鳴、耳聾等癥狀，嚴重時伴有眩暈。癥狀較輕的可于數(shù)小時或數(shù)天后消失，嚴重時可遺留有耳鳴，對日常工作與學習造成影響。若合并感染，可出現(xiàn)耳部的充血，并有膿液流出。
