胃炎和胃癌有哪些區(qū)別

胃炎是常見(jiàn)良性疾病，胃癌是惡性腫瘤，病因或臨床表現(xiàn)都有明顯區(qū)別，胃癌更嚴(yán)重。
　　一、什么是胃炎
　　胃炎主要和藥物毒物、免疫性因素或十二指腸胃反流有關(guān)。胃炎因不同原因造成炎癥，是胃黏膜出現(xiàn)受損一種反應(yīng)過(guò)程，其中包含上皮損傷、上皮再生或粘膜炎癥反應(yīng)。臨床上較常見(jiàn)有急性胃炎或慢性胃炎，出現(xiàn)惡心嘔吐，有上腹部不適等癥狀。
　　二、什么是胃癌
　　胃癌和日常飲食、慢性疾病、幽門螺旋桿菌有關(guān)，早期無(wú)明顯癥狀，攝入飲食后出現(xiàn)惡心嘔吐癥狀。隨病情發(fā)展可出現(xiàn)食欲下降、上腹部疼痛等表現(xiàn)，是一種惡性腫瘤，一般女性出現(xiàn)率較高，早期胃癌治療效果更好。
