胃潰瘍的早期癥狀有哪些

胃潰瘍早期有上腹部疼痛感，疼痛不會(huì)特別劇烈，后期出現(xiàn)惡心嘔吐等，嚴(yán)重時(shí)早期有出血穿孔等表現(xiàn)。
　　一、上腹部疼痛
　　胃潰瘍會(huì)導(dǎo)致內(nèi)臟出現(xiàn)疼痛，不會(huì)特別劇烈，有灼燒感。出現(xiàn)潰瘍穿孔后，劇烈疼痛，甚至朝背部放射，應(yīng)警惕惡變。
　　二、惡心嘔吐
　　無(wú)幽門梗阻也會(huì)造成惡心嘔吐，頻繁嘔吐需引起重視，另外有反酸腹瀉等表現(xiàn)。
　　三、出血穿孔
　　胃潰瘍者可能有出血、穿孔等表現(xiàn)，特殊期間所出現(xiàn)癥狀較嚴(yán)重，一般只有上腹部疼痛，后期可出現(xiàn)淋巴結(jié)腫大等。
