良性骨腫瘤和惡性骨腫瘤有什么區(qū)別

良性骨腫瘤或惡性骨腫瘤，在表現(xiàn)方面、生長(zhǎng)速度方面、危害程度上有區(qū)別，惡性骨腫瘤危害性更嚴(yán)重，會(huì)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移，造成更多破壞性。
　　一、危害程度
　　良性骨腫瘤一般生長(zhǎng)較緩慢，不會(huì)侵犯鄰近組織，不易出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移或復(fù)發(fā)。惡性骨腫瘤生長(zhǎng)迅速，出現(xiàn)浸潤(rùn)性生長(zhǎng)，影響鄰近組織，可出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移或復(fù)發(fā)。
　　二、癥狀表現(xiàn)
　　良性骨腫瘤一般出現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)周圍無(wú)痛性硬包塊，表面出現(xiàn)骨質(zhì)破壞，骨瘤組織結(jié)構(gòu)和一般正常骨組織相似。若是惡性骨腫瘤最早時(shí)有間歇性疼痛，隨病情發(fā)展，疼痛更加嚴(yán)重。
