垂體瘤的危害有哪些

垂體瘤可導(dǎo)致內(nèi)分泌功能紊亂，腫瘤壓迫到周圍的重要結(jié)構(gòu)引起功能障礙，由于垂體激素分泌亢進(jìn)，損害多臟器功能，還可導(dǎo)致代謝紊亂。

1.導(dǎo)致內(nèi)分泌紊亂：垂體瘤可導(dǎo)致激素分泌亢進(jìn)，引起月經(jīng)失調(diào)、不孕、肥胖、性功能減退、巨人癥等癥狀。

2.腫瘤周圍結(jié)構(gòu)受損：腫瘤的增大對周圍重要的結(jié)構(gòu)造成壓迫，如壓迫到腦干、腦底動脈、下丘、海綿竇、視神經(jīng)等，導(dǎo)致相應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)的功能發(fā)生障礙，如引起腦積水、頭痛、記憶力障礙、智力障礙等癥狀。
